We take responsibility of fairly negotiating contractual terms. It is our job to find a win-win agreement that is beneficial to all parties involved. You may even have to deal with multiple offers before choosing the one you feel is most suitable for you – and as your agents, we will provide a thorough and objective assessment of each offer to help you make the choice thats best for you.
After The Accepted Offer.
Be prepared to be available to let trades, home inspectors and other professionals through your home. This is when the Buyer and Buyers agent will do their due diligence to satisfy the conditions laid out in the accepted offer.
MOVING AND FEES
Your lawyer or notary will be able to calculate and explain how much money is owed to who on closing day. The lawyer ensures that all money paid for (rent, your mortgage, interest, property tax…) is corrected and both the buyer and seller are charged accordingly.
Legal fees are dependant on the lawyer or notary but depending on the price. If you need recommendations I am happy to give you a list of some we work with.
Depending on the mortgage lender there may be fees associated with discharging or transferring a mortgage. It is best to speak with your lender to get a more accurate number of these fees.
These are totally dependant on the amount of stuff you are moving and the distance its being travelled. Take into considerations things such as; storage costs, gas, movers, and many others.
